No Seams. No Failed Caulk.
No Rotted Fascia.

Seamless gutters roll-formed on site by the licensed roofing contractor Volusia County has trusted for 20+ years.

Why Seamless Gutters Matter in Florida

Sectional gutters — the kind sold in ten-foot lengths at the big box store — have a joint every ten feet. Every joint is a seam, and every seam is held watertight by a bead of caulk or sealant.

Florida is the worst possible environment for that design. Metal expands in 95° afternoon sun and contracts when a front moves through, and it does that cycle hundreds of times a year. Sealant is the part that gives up first. Once it does, water no longer runs to the downspout — it runs down the back of the gutter, behind the fascia board, and into the soffit.

That is the exact wood your roof system depends on. After twenty years of tearing off roofs in Volusia County, we can tell you that a startling share of rotted fascia and soffit damage does not start with the shingles at all. It starts with a gutter that failed at a seam.

Seamless gutters remove the failure point. They are roll-formed on site from one continuous length of coil stock, cut to the exact measurement of your roofline. The only seams in the entire system are at the inside and outside corners and at the downspout outlets — not every ten feet across the front of your house.

🔧 Formed on your driveway

Your gutters are made at your house, on the day of install, to your roofline’s exact length. Nothing is cut down from a pre-made shelf section.

💧 Fewer places to fail

No mid-run joints means no mid-run sealant — and no slow leak hiding behind the gutter where you would never see it until the fascia is soft.

🏠 One contractor, roof and gutters

The gutter meets the drip edge, the fascia, and the roof edge. When one crew owns all of it, nobody gets to point at the other trade when water shows up.

Why Have Your Roofer Do the Gutters

A gutter is not a standalone accessory bolted to the side of a house. It is the last six inches of your roof’s water management system, and it has to be integrated with three other things to work: the drip edge, the fascia board, and the roof edge itself.

When a separate gutter company hangs gutters on a roof they did not install, the hanger placement, the drip edge overlap, and the fascia condition are all somebody else’s problem. If water shows up in the soffit next spring, you get two contractors each explaining why it is the other one’s fault.

We hold both a Florida roofing license (CCC 1327602) and a general contractor license (CGC 1509441). That means the roof, the fascia and soffit carpentry, and the gutters can all be handled by one licensed, insured company that has been working Volusia County rooflines for over twenty years — with one point of accountability.

Gutter Installation FAQs

Do you install seamless gutters or sectional gutters?

We install seamless gutters. They are roll-formed on site from one continuous piece of coil stock and cut to the exact length of your roofline, so there are no joints in the middle of a run. The only seams in the system are at the corners and the downspout outlets.

Why do seamless gutters matter in Florida specifically?

Florida’s heat cycling is hard on sealant. Sectional gutters rely on caulk at a joint every ten feet, and as the metal expands and contracts through hundreds of hot-day/cool-night cycles a year, that sealant eventually fails. When it does, water runs behind the gutter and into the fascia and soffit instead of down the downspout. Seamless gutters remove those mid-run joints entirely.

What does gutter installation cost in Volusia County?

Gutter pricing depends on the total linear footage of your roofline, whether the home is one or two stories, how many downspouts and corners the layout requires, and whether any fascia board needs to be repaired before the gutters can be hung. Because those vary house to house, we give you an exact written number after we measure. Estimates are always free and there is no obligation.

Can you replace my fascia board at the same time?

Yes. Affordable Roofing & Construction holds a Florida general contractor license (CGC 1509441) in addition to our roofing license (CCC 1327602), so we can replace rotted fascia and soffit as part of the job. Hanging new gutters on soft fascia is a short-term fix at best, so we address the wood first.

Should I do gutters at the same time as a roof replacement?

If a roof replacement is already on your list, doing both together is the more efficient sequence. The drip edge, roof edge, and gutter all have to work together, and detailing them at the same time with one crew avoids the coordination gaps that show up when two different companies touch the same roof edge months apart.

Are you licensed and insured to do this work?

Yes. Affordable Roofing & Construction is licensed and insured in the State of Florida under roofing license CCC 1327602 and general contractor license CGC 1509441, and has been serving Volusia County for more than twenty years.

What areas do you install gutters in?

We serve Volusia County and surrounding Central Florida, including Daytona Beach, Port Orange, New Smyrna Beach, Ormond Beach, DeLand, Deltona, Edgewater, Holly Hill, South Daytona, and DeBary.
